A Reality Based Approach to Bullying

It’s about civility
Bullying will only stop when we stop tolerating it. Taking the focus off of what is wrong with the victim and putting the focus on the bully’s behavior as inappropriate and not civil is how we get bullying to stop.
Don’t just report bullying, have a strategy
Bullying isn’t a one off event. It’s a pattern of harassment that involves multiple incidents over a period of time. You can’t report it once and be done with it. You must have a strategy for what you are going to do IF reporting it doesn’t work.
