How long does it take? Well, are you dealing with someone who is in control of their behavior or not? If they are, a few days to a few weeks tops. If they aren’t, it can take longer.
Change Takes Time
You can’t just ask a bully to stop and have them stop. Getting them to stop takes time and consistency. How long does this process take? That depends on how long the bullying has been going on and how “addicted” to bullying they are.
Using these techniques to help people
So yes, these techniques can be used for evil. And they are, all the time. What I hope to accomplish by teaching them is enabling victims to resist so that they are not harmed by those who would do evil to them.
