What if, instead of a training that taught the law and nothing else, we actually taught adults how to make harassment stop in the workplace using behavioral science and humanistic ethical behavior?

And the more chronic it is the hard it will be to make it stop. As unpleasant as this is we need to start telling kids the truth and give them the real tools they need to stop this problem.
What she described as bullying, isn’t bullying. It’s assault and battery and it’s criminal.
