Finding Hope

Being bullied is demoralizing. There is a reason people don’t want to admit they are being bullied. There is a stigma attached. As if you did something to cause others to be mean to you. Nothing could be further from the truth.

But just because you didn’t do anything to cause this, doesn’t mean there is nothing you can do to stop it. The good news is that, we have science. And the science of behavioral psychology can teach us, not just how and why the dynamic is happening, but how to take control of it.

Learning how to make things stop, is empowering. Being in control lessens anxiety. There are all sorts of benefits of learning how to make any unwanted behavior stop. Or at least to understand why it’s happening so that you don’t take it personally even if it is directed at you.

The reason I created this website and wrote my book was to help people learn how to take control over difficult situations in their lives and to help them learn what has to happen to make bad behavior directed at them, stop. And it works. It’s science based. And, I’m told I explain the science well, reducing what is kind of complicated into an easy to understand dynamic and action plan.

Please stop suffering. All the material on this website is free. If you think it will help, also get the book.
